The workout was relay style, each person did 4- 200s so a total team distance of 3200. Watch my team (me) take the lead on the third lap and take it to the house. We used tennis balls for the batons. ps. The video starts 2 laps in so the last two runners on each team have already run once. the order when the video starts is:

1. Team1 (runner Hai)
2. Team2 (runner James)
3. Team 3 (runner Peter)
4. Team4 (my team - runner Sully)

Practices have been going well. We are running shorter distances than last year, and most of the returners are in decent shape. We have our dome practice tonight in Fairbault, it's good go get out of the rec and get a chance to make some real cuts.

Rumor has it the team is going to a monstertruck rally this weekend.

Some posts on this blog trying to compare football and frisbee. I don't think it's valid. I really see soccer as the most prominent father of frisbee, with basketball as the milkman.

Hannah left today after a bit of fiasco. Returning to the real world tomorrow, broke, behind schedule, and unsure of the future. I wish I had kept a list of all the things I said I 'missed' while here. I don't know what to do with my final day, I've seen everything I want to see, eaten all sorts of food, and my feet smell bad because I haven't washed my socks since.... ugh...
