in other news, All-Region teams came out, my lord. I'll just hop on the "Metro East region is still awful" bandwagon and wager that a Seattle "top 7 high school players" would crush... crush the ME.

Congrats to CUT taking 4 all region spots, Evange, Grant, Christian, Simon (2nd team as a sophomore)

and in the NW, the 1st team women's is made up of players from 7 different teams, that's pretty cool.

oh, I almost forgot, way to go Kanner, for making the 1st team from the SW region as a grad student at Cal.... proof that CUTRULZ?

Spent last weekend in Burlington/Bellingham for Spring Reign - Saturday was absolutely gorgeous. We crawled down some train tracks and watched the sun set. plus skipped a buncha rocks.

Cut loses to Iowa - Ugh. Curme pointed out that in 2009 we had an formative loss against NC State at Centex. losing at Regionals is a bit different, but hopefully provides the same growing experience.

in other news - NW regionals this weekend - 4 bids so that game to go will be somewhere below good play - like watching 6th grade girls duke it out to see who scores 20 points first. - that might not be funny.
