Kosednar family tradition #12 : Showdown Yahtzee
Yahtzee + game board = Showdown Yahtzee. Now that i think about it i'm not sure if it's 'Yahtzee Showdown' or 'Showdown Yahtzee'. Game play is simple - you roll, move your token, if you land on an open space you can role (Yahtzee style) to earn any tiles (Yahtzee categories ie. 3 of a kind, small straight, 5's, chance, etc). Until all the tiles are claimed. the real instructions
Then begins the showdown round in which you 'make it take it' around the board until you've either earned every tile for yourself or you get to a tile that you cannot best (ie i move onto "4s", currently owned by Kyla who previously rolled 3 (4s) - i must role 3 4s or better to earn that tile and continue my streak)
I don't think they make the game anymore - but it can be found still in the shrink wrap for 19.99
